Quick facts

  • Proper title of event:  Islandwide Christmas Crafts & Food Expo

  • Begun in 1987 by the late Caroline M. Infante, Founding Expo Director; and now produced by the Infante Ohana — her four grown children and their families

  • Held every Black Friday weekend at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall in Honolulu, Hawaii

  • Family-run, kamaaina small business in Hawaii that supports hundreds of other small businesses through our events

  • Typically draws 200 to 300 vendors and about 15,000 shoppers

  • A Hawaii holiday tradition for decades! Named Hawaii's "Best Holiday Market" by Food & Wine magazine in 2019 and in its subsequent update in 2022. (The COVID-19 pandemic and the passing of our founder pre-empted the expo for three years.)
